Complete the feasibility questionnaire
A short questionnaire about your current workflows, team structure, and where AI can deliver the most impact for your specific business. Your responses calibrate Sessions 1 and 2 to your operation.
Step 02
Add the eight live session dates to your calendar
Tuesdays and Thursdays at 1:00 PM CT, May 19 to June 11. Office Hours every Saturday at 11:00 AM CT. One-click subscribe to the cohort calendar.
Step 03
Set up your AI tool accounts
Make sure you have working access to Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini at minimum. Pro tiers recommended for Sessions 3 and 4. We'll cover the criteria framework for picking your stack on Day 1.
Step 04
Watch the welcome orientation
A 5-minute walk-through of how the cohort works, what to expect from live sessions, how community channels are organized, and how to make the most of office hours.
Step 05
Introduce yourself in the cohort community
Drop a short intro in the #welcome channel: your business, your service line, and the one workflow you most want to compress with AI. Community access opens once your questionnaire is in.
Step 06
Submit your top three workflow questions
The three things you most want answered by the end of the cohort. We pull from these during live sessions and office hours so the program addresses your real operation, not generic case studies.

Complete a workflow and productivity audit on your work style and business. Select your AI stack using a provided tool criteria framework. Map the two to three workflows you automate first.
Result
Time audit complete. AI stack selected. Two automation targets identified.

Drone Prompt Library

What you build
Build a custom prompt library and ready-to-use templates for the documents and communications your business produces most. Proposals, deliverable reports, client updates, compliance docs, training materials. Built for your business type, live during the session.
Result
At least five drone-specific prompt templates tested, saved, and ready to use.

Agent Stack + Automation

What you build
Configure your first AI agents that help with your most repetitive tasks. Example: a proposal or outreach agent and a report generation agent tailored to your service type.
Result
Two agents running. One complete drone workflow automated end-to-end.

What you build
Document your AI workflows with output review protocols for government and enterprise clients. Lock in KPIs: hours saved per workflow, proposal turnaround, report delivery time.
Result
SOPs documented. KPI dashboard set up. 30-day post-program review scheduled.
