These sessions, featuring Wing, will focus on safety, awareness, and local readiness ahead of Wing’s community rollout and future UAS integration across the Houston region.

About the Event
Houston Drone Connect – Business Meetup & Networking
Powered by Global Air U
On Wednesday, April 23rd, we brought together over 50 drone business owners, operators, and industry professionals at Kirby Ice House – Memorial in Houston for an evening of connection, conversation, and real business opportunities.
This wasn’t a panel or pitch night. It was pure networking — built for people serious about growing in the drone space.
Attendees included:
-
Startup founders launching drone services
-
Operators doing inspections, mapping, FPV, media, and more
-
Enterprise teams exploring drone integration
-
Experienced consultants and service providers
-
Buyers, investors, and decision-makers looking for new tech
The most surprising part?
No overcrowded niches. Everyone brought something different to the table — showing just how much room there still is to grow in this space.
